😕 Why can sticker packs accidentally get deleted and how to avoid it?

Friends, lately we've been receiving many complaints about accidentally deleted sticker packs due to a non-obvious button in Telegram. We'd like to tell you more about this issue.

😩 What has changed in Telegram?

With a recent Telegram update, it became possible to delete your own sticker pack for all users through the sticker pack interface. Now, sticker pack creators have 2 deletion options:

1. Delete the sticker pack only for themselves
2. Delete the sticker pack completely for all users

⚠️ What's the danger?

This is especially non-obvious when the sticker pack isn't added to your collection. In this case, you only see one "Delete" button, which removes the sticker pack for all users without the possibility of recovery.

❕ Why is this important?

A sticker pack deleted in this way cannot be restored. Neither we nor the Telegram team will be able to bring it back.

☝ How to avoid accidental deletion?

• If you're a sticker pack creator:
- Carefully read the button descriptions before clicking
- Be cautious with the button for complete sticker pack deletion

• If you're a regular user:
- Don't worry, you can't accidentally delete someone else's sticker pack for everyone
- When you delete a sticker pack for yourself, it remains available to other users

Be vigilant when clicking buttons. Take care of your sticker packs!

P.S. Share this information with friends so their stickers are safe too! 🤝

🎂 Today, our bot turns 7 years old!

When we first started, our bot was developed a few months before the official launch of the feature to create sticker packs through bots. And as soon as this feature was released, we had our first release on the same day. Back then, the bot wasn't as trendy and versatile as it is now.

For the first three years, hardly anyone used our bot, but we continued to develop and support it. And now, after years of effort, it has gained popularity.

Today, our bot is the most popular tool for creating stickers, surpassing even the official bot in popularity!

However, despite its success and recognition, the bot generates a small income, covering only the server costs. Our work and the contributions of our moderators remain unrewarded. Therefore, if you would like to support us, you can purchase credits in the bot via this link: https://t.me/fStikBot

✨ Thank you for staying with us! ✨

If you knew that, here's something you definitely didn't know. Now it has AI! Create a quote using the command /q * , and the bot will generate an interesting message using the modern GPT-4o model.

And it can also recognize images! To do this, add m, so it becomes /q * m.
